New Hartford, NY – Sangertown Square has partnered with Upstate Family Health Center (UFHC) in an effort to make the COVID-19 vaccine more accessible to the community. As a small community health center, UFHC has performed nearly 7,800 vaccines in the Mohawk Valley. Upstate Family Health Center will hold a pop-up vaccination clinic on September 21st from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Center Court during the Get Hired Job Fair.
Both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available. Anyone 12 years and older can receive the Pfizer vaccine while anyone 18 years and older can receive either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. Anyone eligible for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines are encouraged to utilize this walk-in vaccination clinic.

Since the early days of COVID Vaccine availability, Upstate Family Health Center has been a leader in the community with regards to vaccinations.
