Wheelchairs are available for rent, free of charge, at the Mall Office Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. For wheelchair rental weekdays after 5pm or on weekends, please contact Sangertown Security at 315.797.8545.
Strollers are available for rent for a nominal fee. Strollers are available at the standalone mall entrance in the JCPenney wing.

For the security of Sangertown Square’s guests and your own personal possessions, please do not leave purses, shopping bags and other items unattended. Please be considerate of your surroundings and the personal property of other guests and mall tenants.

The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of mall guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Authorization for overnight parking can be obtained by contacting Sangertown Square Security at 315.797.8545.
